SinglePoint – offers mobile and interactive payment solutions for companies – is about to enter daily fantasy sports (DFS) market. The firm has signed an agreement recently to have an ownership stake in GoDraft.
Last week was a historic period for SinglePoint as it marked a new era in their business. They signed a letter of intent (LOI) where they showed interest to a potential ownership stake in GoDraft.com.
GoDraft – a daily fantasy sport company – permits costumers to play for real cash in contests on the whole spectrum of sports every day, including the National Football League (NFL).
It was detailed in the LOI that SinglePoint will get ownership in GoDraft “using cash and restricted common stock“.
In cooperation with Dreamco Design, a professional webdesign and marketing solutions company, SinglePoint gives a unique opportunity for investors in the Over-The-Counter Markets (decentralized market, without a central physical location) by placing a bet in the global Daily Sports Fantasy arena.
Single Point’s CEO, Greg Lambrecht explained why GoDraft is a fabulous team; with over 2000 members with friends from DFS and private league elements, costumers could do whatever they prefer, either playing in private matches with their friend or taking part in the public games.
SinglePoint from the Beginning
SinglePoint is a full ranged marketing and mobile technology provider, offering services from small to medium sized companies. Giving unique solutions to help evaluate business contracts or receive donations is SinglePoint’s main strategy. The firm – founded in 2006 – was previously known as Carbon Credits International, Inc. but changed its name to SinglePoint, Inc. back in 2013.
However, the biggest payment processor of daily fantasy sports has just announced the suspension of all transactions and payments, with the new regulation set to kick in from 29th of February.
