Brace yourselves for a high-impact, no-holds-barred cage match that has the UFC betting world exploding with bets: who has the stamina, the focus, who has the heart to win, Jake Ellenberger or Tarec Saffiedine? If you ever wanted to make a UFC bet on an experienced fighter, the time is now.
The battle between the two veteran welterweights is scheduled for January 30, 2015, and our partner Bet365 Sports are processing one UFC bet after another as fans worldwide go crazy trying to predict which man is going to win. Both are experienced fighters, with Saffiedine’s UFC record of 15-4-0 (Wins-Losses-Draws), and Ellenberger’s record of 30-10-10, Ellenberg is clearly the athlete with more UFC fights under his belt, but does that make him a more experienced fighter? Not if the betting odds are to be believed.
Here is what you have to know about the men about to face each other in the welterweight bout:
Tarec Saffiedine

Originally from Brussels, Belgium, Tarec is fighting out of Temecula, California. According to MMA Fighting, Tarec hadn’t stepped into the octagon since his third-round TKO loss from Rory MacDonald back in Ocotber, 2014. All the more interest in the fighter’s upcoming bout, considering the time he’s had to prepare himself for Ellenberg.
Nicknamed “Sponge” (given to him by his coach because allegedly absorbs new knowledge like a sponge), the 29-year-old Belgian kickboxer’s height is 5′ 10″ (177 cm), and his weight is 170 lb (77 kg).
Jake Ellenberger

But Jake is anything but a pushover, so whatever the betting odds may be, the truth will be laid out for all to see on the fight night.
So place your UFC bet, and let the best man win.
